Returns & Refunds Policy
At Tech2 Diagnostic Tool, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy. You can return your product within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind. For all returns within the United States, we provide a prepaid return shipping label at no extra cost. For international returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping fees. Refunds will be issued for returns made within the 30-day period. Requests for returns or refunds made after this period will not be eligible. Our products come with a 2-year warranty, ensuring long-term reliability and peace of mind.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your return. You will also be notified of whether your refund has been approved or declined. If your refund is approved, we will process it promptly. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment within 3 business days from the date we receive the return. To qualify for a refund, returned products must meet the following conditions:
- The product must have been purchased from Tech2 Diagnostic Tool.
- The product must have all original serial numbers, model numbers, warranty labels, and any other relevant tags intact.
- The product must be returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and other items initially included with the product.
- The UPC code should remain attached to the product packaging.
- The product must be in its original, undamaged condition with no physical alterations or damage.
- The product must not show signs of tampering, customization, or customer-modified content, including writing or markings on the original packaging.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account for updates.
- Contact your credit card provider, as it may take time for the refund to appear in your account.
- Contact your bank to confirm any processing delays. If you’ve taken these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@tech2diagnostictool.com.

We offer exchanges on eligible items. To request an exchange, please return the product for inspection and a refund. Once the refund is processed, you can place a new order for a replacement.
